Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the SorogiEAT mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and SorogiEAT ("Company," "we," "us"). These Terms apply to all users of the App, including customers, guests, and registered account holders.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the App
• By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement
• If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian
• You must create an account to place orders. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@sorogieat.com if you suspect unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• All orders placed through the App are subject to availability and acceptance
• Prices are as displayed at the time of order. Delivery fees, service fees, and applicable taxes will be shown before checkout
• Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as made available
• SorogiEAT acts as a marketplace; our partner organizations (e.g., farms) are independent third parties and are responsible for the quality of the food they provide.
• We are not responsible for errors in orders caused by inaccurate information provided by you
• Orders may be canceled within a limited window after placement (before processing begins
• Refunds for incorrect, damaged, or missing items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 24 hours of delivery
• Refunds, where approved, will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
• SorogiEAT reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet our refund eligibility criteria
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, restaurant preparation times, or other factors
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information
• If a delivery attempt fails due to your unavailability, additional fees may apply for re-delivery or the order may be cancelled without refund
You agree NOT to:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Abuse, harass, or threaten restaurant partners, delivery personnel, or SorogiEAT staff
• Manipulate pricing, promotions, or referral programs through fraudulent means
All content on the App — including logos, graphics, text, software, and the SorogiEAT name — is the property of SorogiEAT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• We make no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or accuracy of food provided by restaurant partners
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SorogiEAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SorogiEAT, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), on an individual basis (no class actions)
• Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SorogiEAT
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of our rights
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours without restriction
